Samtec, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator in Zona Franca Z, Montecillos de Alajuela. The role manufactures machinery and equipment, builds components and cables to specified tolerances, interprets cable assembly drawings, performs light equipment maintenance, maintains production documentation, and monitors material and finished-product quality. The position offers three schedules and requires a high school diploma, basic English, previous electronic manufacturing experience, and soldering experience; IPC certification is preferred.
