Description
Siltronic is hiring an Entry-Level Manufacturing Production Operator to set up, load, unload, monitor, and adjust equipment used in silicon-wafer processing. The role includes preparing materials, inspecting and measuring wafers, documenting production data, maintaining statistical process control, following cleanroom and hazardous-material procedures, and communicating equipment and product status. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in a fast-paced, standing work environment, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. It offers a 12-hour Pitman schedule, starting pay of $18.50 per hour plus a 15% night-shift differential, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
