Description
The Manufacturing Production Operator / HDR Operator builds customer orders to quality and on-time targets, completes production according to the daily plan, performs first-piece and in-process inspections, operates microscopes and measuring tools, adjusts molds, maintains equipment, controls scrap, records production data, follows WI/SOP and safety procedures, and assists with training and process improvements. The role requires related experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit or stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, basic computer and English skills, drawing-reading ability, and knowledge of quality-control methods; Chinese is listed as a language.
