Description
The Manufacturing Production Operator executes production orders according to PCL or group-leader schedules, performs first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, operates and maintains equipment, troubleshoots machines, controls scrap, and records production data. The role requires following WI/SOP procedures, maintaining a safe and clean workstation, assisting with new-employee training, and meeting physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and sitting or standing for at least 90 consecutive minutes. Middle school or above education is preferred, along with basic computer and English skills, simple drawing ability, and quality-control knowledge.
