Description
Baxter is hiring a manufacturing production operator/assembler for intravenous drug solution bags. The role performs repetitive assembly, filling, sealing, visual inspection, packaging, weighing, and palletizing according to Bills of Materials, blueprints, specifications, SOPs, GMP, GDP, quality, safety, and environmental requirements. It requires rotating among trained production areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment deviations, and conducting EHS inspections. The position requires a high school diploma, basic computer and MS Office skills, ability to use machine/operator interfaces, Spanish reading and writing, basic spoken and reading English, teamwork, multitasking, and willingness to work overtime.
