Description
The Manufacturing Operator performs cable and connector assembly, including cutting and stripping cables, building and terminating RF coaxial cable assemblies, soldering, trimming dielectrics, and performing basic electrical tests. The role also includes inspecting finished assemblies, measuring parts with precision tools, following drawings and work instructions, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting quality and efficiency improvements. No prior experience is required, while a high school diploma or above and a mechanical or electrical background are preferred.
