Standard Bots is hiring a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Program Manager to own a portfolio of concurrent manufacturing programs, including facility expansion, new production-line setup, vertical integration, and enterprise ERP transition. The role coordinates engineering, supply chain, quality, facilities, IT, finance, and external vendors; manages schedules, budgets, risks, change control, capital projects, and program governance; and develops reusable playbooks and tooling. Candidates need 5–10+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, hardware, or industrial environments, along with relevant ERP, vertical integration, or industrialization experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience. The role pays $100,000 to $130,000 and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
