Amgen is hiring a Manufacturing Programs Senior Manager: New Product Introduction (NPI) for its Amgen North Carolina biologics drug substance manufacturing plant. The role serves as a cross-functional leader and subject matter expert coordinating new product introductions and tech transfers between GMP manufacturing, process development, supply chain, planning, facilities, engineering, and quality teams. Responsibilities include leading NPI specialists, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting RCA/CAPA work, maintaining production documentation, and driving lean transformation and continuous improvement.
