Description
The Manufacturing Project Engineering Manager leads project managers responsible for developing and producing weapon systems, ground-support equipment, and satellite electronics. The role manages staffing, compensation, project execution, schedules, manufacturing and test issues, cross-functional coordination, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement through Lean/Six-Sigma and KPI tracking. It requires 10%–20% travel, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field or 8+ years of manufacturing experience, 8+ years of project management or manufacturing operations experience, formal leadership experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
