STMicroelectronics Malta is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to resolve production issues, lead incident reporting, conduct root-cause analysis and 8D reporting, manage non-conforming material, control documents, and drive Six Sigma and DMAIC quality initiatives. The role also includes certifying QC operators and reviewing rejects at raw-line and finishing stages. Candidates should have an engineering degree, five years of industrial quality experience, knowledge of 8D, FMEA, SPC, and IATF 16949, along with business-level English and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
