Axon is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Engineer II to support the full product lifecycle and global quality team. The role covers CAPA, 8D investigations, root cause analysis, PPAP and FAIR documentation, AQL sampling, NPI validation, risk mitigation, SPC, statistical process improvement, audits, supplier quality, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline, at least three years of manufacturing quality engineering experience, and proficiency with quality tools such as Minitab or JMP.
