Description
The Manufacturing Research Engineer will support America Makes’ work on adaptive and additive manufacturing supply chains through technical research, data analysis, documentation, presentations, public speaking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least three years of experience in additive or advanced manufacturing, experience managing technical projects or engineering programs, and experience working with diverse teams. Preferred qualifications include defense industry experience, manufacturing technology development, product development, technical writing, government contracting, and manufacturing standards experience.
