Description
The Manufacturing HSE Engineer develops, implements, and continuously improves engineering-based health, safety, and environmental systems across a manufacturing site. The role combines technical engineering analysis, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, hazard control, incident investigation, and hands-on engagement with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and site leadership. It requires approximately five or more years of HSE or safety-engineering experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment, a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, and regular presence on the manufacturing floor. The position also supports capital projects, equipment modifications, commissioning, management of change, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, contractor safety, and HSE performance improvement.
