The role manages a production line, leads the Collaborative Control Room and Real Time Dispatcher, monitors operators and technicians, enforces safety and housekeeping procedures, supports training and new-recruit integration, and executes production and project targets. The position follows a four-shift pattern including day, night, rest, and off, with weekends and public holidays, and requires a STEM bachelor's degree, computer literacy, leadership, communication, analytical, and manufacturing-process knowledge.
