Description
The Manufacturing Shift Supervisor manages and leads production-floor workers, mentors and trains new employees, and is responsible for meeting output, quality, and safety targets. The role handles incidents and malfunctions in real time, collaborates with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments, and requires prior team-management experience in a manufacturing industrial company. The position is full-time, scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 07:00 to 16:45, with occasional overtime and Friday work as needed.
