O-I is hiring a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor for its Zanesville plant to supervise hourly employees and oversee continuous production operations. The role monitors quality, productivity, safety, process controls, training, labor relations, and continuous improvement; it requires a rotating 12-hour day-and-night schedule, at least three years of manufacturing or production experience, and leadership experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, while a high school diploma or GED with equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
