TSMC Arizona is hiring Manufacturing Specialists for inline or offline production support at its Phoenix fab. The role supports semiconductor manufacturing operations in a clean room and manufacturing command center, with responsibilities including monitoring automated tools and systems, handling materials and inventory, coordinating transfers and setup tasks, following SOPs, assisting with training documents, and training new team members. The position requires strong computer and communication skills, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work on-site in Phoenix with either rotating 12-hour shifts for inline work or a normal M-F schedule for offline work; no experience is needed and comprehensive training is provided.
