Description
Coldspring is hiring a full-time Stone Production Operator for a second-shift schedule involving Monday through Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. and Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. The role operates and programs saws, CNC mills, epoxy applicators, polishers, and other stone-processing equipment; inspects stone; reads production tickets; sets up, secures, and loads stone; and applies finishing and bonding techniques. The position requires forklift certification, computer and math skills, CNC or CAD/CAM knowledge, material-calculation ability, color perception, and the ability to read work orders and tape measures. The stated pay range is $19.00 to $27.50, with a $2 second-shift differential.
