Description
The Off Shift Superintendent leads Magna’s third-shift manufacturing operations, coordinating production, quality, materials, safety, and customer-service objectives while supporting Production Supervisors and escalating operational issues. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, manufacturing and supply-chain knowledge, analytical decision-making, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Baan or SAP. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and the position requires at least five years of manufacturing, operations, or production leadership experience.
