Description
The Supervisor, Aseptic Operations leads a team responsible for manufacturing sterile injectable drug products in a cGMP environment. The role oversees production activities, staffing, scheduling, material management, batch and system records, training, audits, technical reviews, investigations, process improvements, equipment validation, and product release. It requires strong leadership, cGMP and EHS compliance knowledge, and the ability to work extensively on the shop floor, with a high school diploma or GED required and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
