Description
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will supervise 30–50 UAW hourly employees in a fast-paced, high-volume assembly manufacturing environment. The role leads operations, quality, continuous improvement, product and engineering changes, safety, work-order progress, attendance, and union relations. It requires at least three years of manufacturing supervisory experience, Six Sigma or Lean process experience, and the ability to wear a respirator in some areas; union-supervisory experience and a two- or four-year degree are preferred.
