Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including Lean implementation, NCR and CAPA resolution, continuous improvement, safety, quality, delivery, cost, scheduling, personnel supervision, coaching, and cGMP compliance. The role requires manufacturing and machining knowledge, precision inspection skills, Lean and Six Sigma experience, ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a degree in operations management or at least three years supervising a manufacturing organization. The position is scheduled for the 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
