AriensCo is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the 2nd Shift Fabrication Department at Plant 1 in Brillion, Wisconsin. The role oversees daily production operations, scheduling, staffing, training, troubleshooting, safety compliance, team development, performance evaluations, corrective action, manufacturing schedules, equipment effectiveness, takt time, lead time, teamwork, and lean manufacturing activities. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of related work experience with demonstrated leadership, prior manufacturing experience, and working knowledge of Lean tools; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
