Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee 30–50 UAW hourly employees in a fast-paced, high-volume assembly and fabrication manufacturing environment during 3rd shift. Responsibilities include leading operations, quality, and continuous improvement; implementing product and engineering changes; enforcing environmental, health, and safety policies; monitoring work orders; maintaining time and attendance; and maintaining union relations under the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The role requires at least three years of manufacturing supervisory experience and Six Sigma/Lean experience; union-supervisory experience, high-volume medium-mix assembly experience, a degree, and comfort wearing a respirator are preferred or required.
