IPG is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift to supervise, organize, and coordinate production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role plans and directs shift production, resolves material and equipment issues, coaches and develops hourly employees, supports hiring and performance management, drives safety and continuous improvement, and handles production-related administrative tasks. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience, at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to lead teams in an industrial setting.
