Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor leads a manufacturing team to meet production schedules while maintaining quality, safety, and continuous-improvement objectives. Responsibilities include assigning work, coaching employees, investigating quality and safety issues, developing training plans, supporting hiring, and implementing process improvements. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience or equivalent leadership experience, with operations-management or engineering education and union-environment experience preferred.
