Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, workflow optimization, resource allocation, quality compliance, safety programs, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement. The role leads and develops manufacturing personnel, collaborates with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and other departments, and ensures adherence to GMP, ISO, and safety standards. It is a third-shift position based in New Jersey, requires a bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of manufacturing experience or an associated degree with 5+ years of experience and at least 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, and offers a base salary of $86,300 to $129,500 plus an annual incentive bonus and benefits.
