Description
AHEAD is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for Assembly to lead production staff, oversee departmental activities, meet production and quality targets, manage schedules and resources, resolve employee and operational issues, and support continuous improvement and project work. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent or 3–5 years of assembly manufacturing experience, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred, and offers a Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
