ABB is hiring an onsite Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the Gas Chromatography product-line operation at its Bartlesville, Oklahoma manufacturing facility. The role oversees staffing, workflow, schedules, quality, productivity, safety, and continuous improvement; monitors performance indicators; leads root-cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing initiatives; and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and U.S. work authorization. Preferred qualifications include Lean Manufacturing, SAP or ERP, and high-volume or engineered-to-order manufacturing experience.
