Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor leads a production team or assigned area or shift, overseeing safety, quality, delivery, productivity, staffing, labor utilization, scrap, rework, corrective actions, and employee performance. The role collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, program management, and maintenance, manages production employees, and ensures compliance with operational, quality, and EHS&S requirements. It requires a post-secondary diploma or degree in manufacturing, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus 2–3 years of manufacturing experience with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility. The position is typically on-site but may be hybrid with approval, and the anticipated starting pay is $70,000–$95,000 USD per year.
