Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees safe, efficient, and timely production operations, including scheduling and assigning work, monitoring output and quality, optimizing equipment and material capacity, coordinating with maintenance, engineering, finance, planning, and quality, and driving continuous improvement. The role also involves training and developing direct reports, coaching employees, and making operational decisions with little to no direct supervision. It requires 1–3 years of related work experience, knowledge of occupational health and safety and labour laws, strong communication and leadership skills, computer proficiency, and availability for off shifts.
