Description
Flex-N-Gate is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee safe, efficient, and timely production operations in a three-shift manufacturing environment. The role includes scheduling and assigning personnel, supporting product and process safety, quality, delivery, and morale, monitoring output and efficiency, coordinating with maintenance, engineering, planning, and quality, and developing direct reports. Candidates need 1–3 years of related work experience, knowledge of occupational health and safety and labour laws, strong communication and leadership skills, computer proficiency, and availability to work any shift or scheduled overtime.
