Description
IPG is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor- 1st Line to supervise and coordinate first-line production operations, anticipate and resolve production problems, coach and develop hourly employees, support hiring and performance management, drive continuous improvement, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience, at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong communication and analytical skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced industrial environment.
