Description
Liquidia is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for an on-site, regular full-time second-shift role supporting production and process development in its manufacturing suites. The supervisor leads manufacturing technicians, operates and troubleshoots equipment, monitors batch runs, manages inventory and calibrations, supports GMP compliance, and leads process improvement, deviation, CAPA, and change-control activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of process development or manufacturing operations experience, or an HS diploma with at least 12 years of manufacturing operations experience, along with hands-on equipment experience, mechanical aptitude, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
