Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for meeting department production objectives, coordinating upstream and downstream product flow, monitoring and developing employees, driving engagement, overseeing training, managing work instructions and reports, supporting staffing and capital planning, and promoting safety and manufacturing principles. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, advanced manufacturing-process knowledge, Microsoft Office and business-systems knowledge, strong communication and documentation skills, and satisfactory background and drug-test results. The position offers a starting pay range of $80,200 to $112,400 per year and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
