Description
Centro is hiring a Business Process Support (BPS) team member to support and lead manufacturing operations across multiple work centers. The role involves coordinating production activities, supporting associates through guidance and coaching, enforcing safety and quality standards, assisting with problem-solving and continuous improvement, and maintaining communication between teams. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with manufacturing experience, leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is a 3rd shift role.
