Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor reports to the Manufacturing Production Manager and oversees a single shift of up to 40 employees across production lines and departments. The role plans and coordinates daily production, monitors quality and inventory, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, supports employee training and coaching, drives continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma tools, and reports performance metrics. Candidates need 2–3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, computer literacy with listed systems, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a BS in Management or an equivalent related field.
