Land O’Lakes is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor (Formulation) for the night shift at its St. Joseph, Missouri facility. The role leads formulation operations for EC and SC herbicides and insecticide production, overseeing safety, quality, materials, production performance, compliance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and team development. The position requires 3–5+ years of manufacturing or production supervisory experience, formulation operations experience, and the ability to work night shifts; a bachelor’s degree and experience with continuous improvement or chemical batch processing are preferred. The stated salary range is 70,800–123,900.
