Description
Gallagher is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead its Final Assembly team and oversee eShepeard assembly. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role coordinates labour, skills, resources, training, and production activities to meet customer demand while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and people performance. The supervisor will develop team capability, champion continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing, collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, stores, and other manufacturing teams, and lead by example in a practical, resilient frontline leadership role.
