Lockheed Martin is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Missiles & Fire Control Production Operations team in Archbald, Pennsylvania. The role leads a second-shift team responsible for electro-mechanical production, safety, quality, schedule, cost, employee development, continuous improvement, and coordination with engineering. The position requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with lean manufacturing, Microsoft Office skills, a U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. The typical schedule is approximately 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed.
