Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, including machine monitoring, quality, scrap, efficiency, scheduling, safety, continuous improvement, team leadership, production investigations, and incident response. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of supervisory experience, at least four years of manufacturing experience, team leadership and problem-solving skills, ERP and Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to wear required personal protective equipment. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
