Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for meeting department production objectives, coordinating upstream and downstream product flow, monitoring and developing employees, driving engagement and change communication, overseeing training, addressing personnel issues, maintaining work instructions and reports, and supporting staffing and safety initiatives. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, advanced manufacturing-process knowledge, professional communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and department business systems. The stated pay range is $80,200.00 to $112,400.00 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
