Description
The Manufacturing Support Engineer provides technical and operational support to Anderson manufacturing operations, collaborating with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams. The role focuses on process improvement, production planning, equipment maintenance and optimization, quality assurance, cost management, new product introduction, process documentation, training, problem solving, safety and compliance, project management, continuous improvement, and supplier management. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering or relevant experience, manufacturing experience, knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control, CAD/CAM and manufacturing simulation proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; Lean or Six Sigma certification and automation or robotics knowledge are preferred.
