Description
Carter Architectural Millwork is seeking a Manufacturing Support team member to support multiple production roles in its growing manufacturing facility. The role involves operating machinery, forklifts, power tools, and hand tools; assembling cabinetry, casework, countertops, and architectural millwork; preparing and organizing materials; following shop instructions and drawings; inspecting products and equipment; maintaining safe and organized work areas; and collaborating with production, finishing, shipping, and warehouse teams. Previous manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, assembly, or factory experience is preferred, along with mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, physical ability to perform manufacturing tasks, and a safety-conscious, team-oriented approach.
