The role supports production processes, delivers on-the-job training and assessment for electrical and structural assembly, performs component installation and operational checkouts, leads corrective-action investigations and process improvements, maintains 6S/lean practices, and acts as supervisor during supervisor absences. The position requires a related bachelor's degree or six years of professional experience, blueprint and aircraft work-instruction experience, and offers a full-time salary range of $72,500 to $134,600 with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
