Description
The On the Job Trainer develops and mentors mechanics for the C-130 production line through hands-on guidance, quality-workmanship oversight, and training of less experienced OJTs. The role supports production, business, and cross-functional manufacturing processes, including planning, quality management, systems, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, process improvement, and problem resolution. Candidates need manufacturing operations experience, aircraft production-line experience, knowledge of material process specifications and inspection practices, blueprint and precision-measuring skills, experience with specified parts-warehouse systems, and experience with sheet metal fabrication, electrical installations, and aircraft tools. The position offers a full-time salary range of $89,100 to $165,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
