PCA is hiring a second-shift Manufacturing Support Worker to support a manufacturing operation by assisting with plant and facilities work, improving productivity, reducing downtime and waste, maintaining equipment and shop standards, and following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime and weekends, second-shift availability, good attendance, and U.S. work authorization; packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred. Compensation is $20.97 per hour, with an annual performance bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
