PCA is hiring a third-shift Manufacturing Support Worker to support a manufacturing operation by assisting with plant and facilities work, improving productivity, reducing downtime and waste, maintaining equipment and shop standards, and following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime and weekends, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position pays $20.97 per hour and includes vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and other benefits.
