Description
PIP Global Safety is hiring a Manufacturing Sustaining Engineer on a permanent full-time contract in Lozanne. The role supports products after they enter full production by managing engineering change requests, evaluating component alternates, analyzing yields and process capability, improving manufacturability, updating production documentation, and contributing to product reliability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, at least three years of similar industrial experience, CAD, PLM, and ERP proficiency, mechanical-drawing and GD&T interpretation skills, strong cross-functional communication, and fluency in French and English.
