Description
Magna is hiring a Manufacturing Data Analyst to support Factory of the Future and Industry 4.0 initiatives by applying data, analytics, and AI technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational performance. The role collaborates with IT, engineering, operations, and automation teams; develops data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, databases, and machine learning models; manages production data from PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and enterprise systems; performs statistical analysis and predictive modeling; and creates dashboards and reports. A bachelor’s degree, data science or similar experience, programming and machine learning expertise, and familiarity with cloud and big data technologies are required, with automotive exterior trim manufacturing experience preferred.
